A Recipe for Peace offers innovative cuisine based on the founders' culinary experiences

Travelling with their diplomat families, Sonia Lo and Mary Gwynn have, between them, lived and worked in over 17 countries. Their culinary travels have taken them eating (and drinking!) to over 43 countries, through which they've developed a deep understanding of regional spices, flavours and cooking techniques.  They marry these into a delicious blend of traditional recipes with international accents.
    
Unlike many caterers, Sonia and Mary are happy to cater an intimate dinner for two or a party for 200 of your closest friends.  They've cooked for individuals and organizations globally and are happy to adapt any menu to religious or dietary needs.
